Episode #44: Chopping It Up

On Episode #44 of the “Going Down Swinging” podcast, Jerry and Matt go old school and get back into the studio for some combat sports conversation that will make your loins hurt.  That’s right, we are back folks.  The conversation is full of MMA, Boxing, Football and pop culture talk for the ages.

We recap all things UFC Croatia, just what is next for Ben Rothwell and Junior Dos Antos, how important is it for the women’s bantamweight division that Miesha Tate didn’t give Holly Holm the instant rematch and what can we expect for UFC Fight Night Tampa this Saturday, April 16.

Also, what does the Reebok deal, big business and Paige Van Zant have in common?  I don’t know just give it a listen.

Lastly, tune into the end of the show for the media call with Amir Khan, Virgil Hunter and Oscar De La Hoya.  Amir Khan faces Canelo Alvarez on May 7 only on Showtime Boxing.

Time Stamps do not exist for this one folks as we went down some weird rabbit holes.  Just hit play and soak it in.
